First time diner at the Saugus location and I must say it was an incredible experience. The fried calamari appetizer and the Buffalo tenders were absolutely delicious. I also got the lobster pie and teriyaki steak tips with a side of their beautiful rice, pilaf cooked a perfection my friend had the chicken Parmesan what a huge portion had a great value, and the service was absolutely stellar. Cannot wait to come back again.

Great prime rib, cooked perfect. Reasonably priced and. And with rolls and salad. Would definitely come back. Atmosphere lacks excitement and way to bright in the dining room

To Ronald..your "oh no" is the furthest thing from realty dining at Jimmy's steer house.They.exceeded themselves with crabmeat casserole.for me at $28 bucks and for my partner wild salmon at $21. With a shrimp cocktail thrown in It's the best we have ever had here. Great service, outstanding dinner served hot and delicious on a busy Saturday night.Nothing but accolades from us We are.definates acolytes..Too good.. Greg and Diane

The steaks were great, cooked just right and amazing flavor. Started with the appetizer and it was very good but of course the steaks were the star. The service was also very good on a busy Friday night. The restaurant has a great look and ambiance to appreciate from the time you walk in the doors. You will not be disappointed if you eat at Jimmys Steer House.

Wow this place never disappoints! Decided to grab a quick meal with my son before he headed back to school. The strip steak melted in his mouth. The ribeye was like butter. Eric was a great server quick and knew the menu well. The place is well lit and clean.

This has been our go to for the past few months when we want steak and it hasn't disappointed yet! Food comes out hot, fresh and delicious. Portions are just enough. Our servers are always great but tonight ours was exceptional. Prices are reasonable. This will continue to be our monthly rotating date night spot!

One of my many return trips to Jimmy's, which has become my go-to for quality prime rib. Goodbye, Century House! We started with the special appetizer of yummy steak & cheese spring rolls with spicy ketchup. My 10oz prime rib was cooked a perfect medium and couldn't have been more tender. Fresh mixed veggies rounded out the meal. My friend had the baked stuffed shrimp and tips (well done) combo. Our garden salads were fresh and the blue cheese dressing is exceptional. Our server, Kim, was fabulous as well. I was briefly tempted by the nightly special lobster roll, but that's for another day.

open on christmas eve, stopped in for dinner. kathy was our server and she was great. they offer ciabatta bread to start, and i started with the clam chowder. the chowder was pretty good, just a little bit thin. i ordered the french martini, but i believe i ended up with the eggnog martini? it was great but not peachy. great mystery drink! for my meal, i had the Surf and Turf broiled scallops and steak tips, medium rare. the steak tips were perfect, i'd definitely order them again. it was my first time trying breaded scallops and i wasn't a fan, and they could have used some garlic or something a little extra, but they were fresh and big. my friend ordered the Panko Crusted Chicken which was also great, as well as the asparagus. clam chowder: 4/5 broiled scallops: 3.5/5 steak tips: 5/5 panko chicken: 4.5/5 eggnog martini?: 5/5 overall everything was pretty delicious, wasn't the biggest fan of the scallops but they were a good size. very reasonably priced and great service for a holiday dinner. thank you for being open. ambiance: 4.5/5 food: 4.3/5 drink: 5/5 service: 5/5 jimmy's: 4.7/5
